Binnur Kaya in the new film “Ayşe”

On June 21, Binnur Kaya, Menderes Samancilar, and Ali Sechkiner Alychy will start filming the movie “Ayşe,” which will present a very powerful story about a woman. The producer of “Ayşe” is Mustafa Karadeniz, and the director’s chair and screenplay belong to Nedim Sancak. The film will be shot in Istanbul over the course of a month with a team of 50 people, and its premiere is scheduled for the end of 2024. 80% of the production crew consists of women. From the cinematographer to the lighting technician, from the set designer to the director, from the executive producer to the casting director – the majority of the “Ayşe” team will be women.
