Ratings of Turkish TV
The series “Cranberry Sherbet (Kızılcık Şerbeti)” lost 0.54% in total and 1.15% in AB. Despite the decline in ratings, the show on Show TV remains one of the most demanded series of this season and has already been green lit for the next season. Hopefully, the third season will be even more captivating than the previous two. In any case, the screenwriter Melis Civelek has considerable experience working on long-running projects, with her latest successful experience being the series “Forbidden Fruit”.
The series “Golden Boy (Yalı Çapkını)” grew by 0.06% in total but lost 0.90% in AB. Overall, the show by producer Onur Güvenatam is holding up well on air, although it is losing the interest of the educated and affluent audience. The screenwriters will have the whole summer to propose new developments and bring the AB audience back to watching.
The series “No mercy (Gaddar)” lost 0.39% in total and 0.33% in AB. The show’s numbers allow it to calmly reach the end of the season, and good sales abroad guarantee that Ay Yapim will make a profit, even though the series did not become a hit in Turkey.
The series “Legend of the Black Tree (Kara Ağaç Destanı)” lost 0.34% in total and 0.99% in AB. It is not entirely clear whether the project of the state channel will go for a second season, considering that the audience’s interest has been declining for quite some time.
The series “Firebirds (Ateş Kuşları) ” grew by 0.08% in total but lost 0.34% in AB. Fans of the show may no longer worry about the ratings, as the channel has decided to conclude Mehmet Bozdağ’s series, so they can calmly enjoy their favorite characters.
