Next year, the actor will star in a film written by Deniz Madanoglu for the international platform.

However, now while all the stars are leaving television and signing contracts with platforms, Çağatay Ulusoy is moving in the opposite direction. He returns to the screens, but on his own terms, which shock both viewers and journalists. If journalists are more worried about the star’s salary, because according to rumors he will earn an unprecedented 450 thousand Turkish lira per episode, the audience is perplexed – does he come back only for 20-25 episodes or less?

Recall that the biggest reproach to Turkish series industry is the lengthy shows, home cooked scenarios, unfinished plots, many additional unnecessary characters. Maybe Çağatay will contribute to changing this situation? The series Kingfisher / Yalı Çapkını, which is being prepared by the most successful company on the market OGM Pictures, will have a complete story, written by a screenwriter who has proven that he can write short and exciting plot (he was the one who wrote the first season of the series Unfaithful).

It looks like Çağatay not only opens up new horizons for himself, but also shows the future of Turkish TV series for his colleagues. As the saying goes, “only the strongest fish swim against the current.”
