Warner Media’s streaming platforms HBO Max and HBO end the year with 73.8 million subscribers worldwide, with 120-150 million subscribers expected to reach 120-150 million by 2025, higher than initial projections of 75-90 million. Recall that the platform is aggressively buying up Turkish TV series, and is also preparing to enter the Turkish market this year, launching several major productions at once, including a remake of the cult series Sopranos. Netflix will have to work hard not to lose the lead.
