HBO Max and Discovery announce merger

Digital platforms HBO Max and Discovery officially announce the beginning of the merger. At the first stage, the companies will work separately, but in two years a single WBD service will be created. As a reminder, HBO Max will become available in Turkey this year. It is also known that Discovery became a co-owner of the Turkish Blu TV platform in January 2021. Negotiations are currently underway to merge HBO Max and BluTV in Turkey.
