Scandal: Esra Bilgiç was fired from “Fancy Scarecrow / Süslü Korkuluk”!
It looks like you can safely shoot a separate, action-packed TV show about the filming of the series “Fancy Scarecrow / Süslü Korkuluk”. Filming barely started, but there was a serious crisis in the project: it lost the main heroine. What happened?
According to well-known journalist Birsen Altuntas, Esra Bilgiç did not agree to the terms of the contract with the production company OGM Pictures and was forced to leave the series “Fancy Scarecrow / Süslü Korkuluk”, the shooting of which has already begun. Now it raises curiosity, who will become the star of the series?
Just last week, Esra gave an interview to Elele magazine, in which she said that after finishing work on the Lawless Lands series, she was offered numerous scripts. In the end, she was invited to the office of OGM Pictures, where producer Onur Guvenatam offered to read the script for the TV series “Fancy Scarecrow”. It’s a very naive, very elegant, and very powerful story. Esvet is a special girl. But let it be a surprise for the audience, she cannot give more details yet.
It didn’t take long to speculate about the causes of the conflict. The journalist of the publication Hürriyet Mehmet Ustundag reveal the real reason of the scandalous departure of Esra. As it turned out, the decision to refuse her services was made by the production company because of the scandalous character of the star, who had previously shown her bad temper on the set of the Ramo series. The shooting of the series starring Murat Yildirim was stopped twice because of her.
According to the journalist, the shooting has not really started yet, and Esra has already begun to put forward demands and whims that were not specified in the contract, including a pay increase. When the manager of the actress called the producer Onur Guvenatam and once again demanded a double payment, the producer announced to him that the contract was terminated and that the company no longer needed Esra’s services. Filming of the show will continue, however, scenes will be filmed in which the presence of the main female character is not required.
Note that if the producer reacted so harshly to the requirements of the manager, it is likely that a suitable actress for the main role has already been found, and it remains to agree on the terms of the contract. It is hard to believe in the bad temper of Esra Bilgiç, and here the bias of the journalist towards the actress is clearly felt. However, the fact that her manager wanted to raise the bet after finding out how much the lead actor Çağatay Ulusoy would earn is quite plausible. Alas, Esra was made a “scapegoat” and she has to answer for the miscalculations of her manager.
