Turkish producers do not meet the requirements of Netflix?

After ordering 50 TV shows in Mexico, Netflix’s online platform made a second major order to producers in Brazil, ordering 30 TV shows at once. The journalists Ranini was already joking that all the projects were prepared by the Turks, and probably the Brazilians took the money. 

Recall that next year Netflix is going to order 10 serials to Turkish producers. This year it was planned to order 4 new projects, but it turned out only 2 (Ottoman Rising and The Gift). It seems that Turkish producers do not yet meet the requirements of the American side.
