Çağatay Ulusoy’s film will be presented at the Palm Springs International ShortFest

The short film Birdie, produced, directed and written by Çağatay Ulusoy, will be presented at the 27th Palm Springs International ShortFest. A special feature of the festival is that 5 winners can receive the Oscar Qualifying Awards.

Award winners will be announced June 27 from the official selection presenting them with awards including 5 Academy Award qualifying awards. Over the course of 26 years, the festival has presented over 100 films that have gone on to receive Academy Award nominations. The film will be presented at the opening night of the festival on June 22nd.
