It is also reported that Gülsim left the cast of the series “Mountain of Hearts” at some point because the working conditions in a small provincial town proved too challenging for her; she prefers to live and work in Istanbul. Recall that Gülsim Ali’s latest series, “Red Flag,” was not very successful and was not renewed for a second season.
